Dematic is seeking a dedicated EPM Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will serve as a Center of Excellence, supporting the global finance organization of KION Group. As a key player, you will drive the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the organization’s financial planning system (Oracle EPM Cloud). In partnership with finance leaders and an external implementation team, you'll design and implement advanced solutions that promote best practices and efficiency across various global regions and functions.

What you will do in this role:
Lead the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud technologies.
Manage and support Financial Planning and Reporting processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
Leverage technology to automate and enhance forecasting and planning processes.
Collaborate with the Data Enablement team to enhance global data processes.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve processes.
Oversee project management and system enhancement design within Oracle EPM Cloud.
Effectively communicate project risks and issues with proposed solutions.
Clearly convey business and technical concepts to appropriate stakeholders.
Provide top-notch user support and training for FP&A teams across KION.
What we are looking for:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud environments, preferably in companies with over $1B in revenue.
Proficient in Groovy, Rest API, and PowerShell.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent MS Excel capabilities.
Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to foster trust and build partnerships within the organization.
Proficient in defining and adhering to processes and policies.
Able to meet strict deadlines while ensuring compliance.
High motivation and independence with a detail-oriented mindset.
Solid knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting.
Self-starter who is capable of independent thinking.
Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight and internationally.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $93,000 - $140,000. Final compensation will consider factors such as work location, education, experience, and skill level.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days of in-office work each week.
