Job Description
The Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager is responsible for:
Lead all preconstruction activities for assigned projects Develop detailed estimates and budgets using On-Screen Takeoff and Excel Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure accurate scope and pricing Manage value engineering and cost analysis throughout design phases Prepare and present proposals to clients; maintain strong client relationships Oversee transition from preconstruction to operations, ensuring smooth handoff Mentor junior estimators and contribute to process improvements MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The right Senior Estimator/PreConstruction Manager has the following qualifications:
5+ Years of experience estimating in the construction industry (must have) Proven background in multifamily, hospitality, or senior living projects Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead complex projects Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Bachelors Degree (Preferably Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture) Commutable to Bridgewater MA - WFH flex once ramped up (3 in office/2 from home split) What's on Offer
