Executive Team
to uphold our commitment to high-quality food. Create weekly schedules for over 50 BOH team members to optimize efficiency. Manage product ordering and maintain optimal inventory levels. Participate in the hiring, training, and development of BOH staff and leaders. Ensure all preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks are carried out on schedule. Promote a work environment that prioritizes food safety and quality. Contribute to overall restaurant performance by collaborating with department leaders in weekly meetings and establishing shared goals. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in food service required. Must have full availability (Monday-Saturday; open to close; including holidays). Strong communication skills to convey kitchen goals and success metrics effectively. Deep passion and knowledge of food safety practices. Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for mentoring team members. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
