This leadership role centers on spearheading the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis efforts within the organization. With an upcoming IPO on the horizon, we are seeking a proactive leader, ideally with a background in aerospace and defense manufacturing. The successful candidate will play a vital role in collaborating closely with the CFO and CAO, influencing executive decision-making and enhancing financial performance to meet shareholder expectations. We seek individuals who are passionate, committed leaders with a proven record of success in financial roles. This position demands a strong finance orientation, along with essential experience in a public company environment, particularly those who have participated in an IPO process. Candidates are likely to have experience as a top FP&A leader within a sizable aerospace and defense manufacturing organization or be a #2 FP&A leader in a significant manufacturing firm.
