About the Role
We are looking for a visionary VP of Ecommerce and Digital Strategy who will drive our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for an experienced leader eager to own and optimize our paid media budget across multiple channels, build and lead a talented in-house marketing team, and create data-driven systems for strategic decision-making. You will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, enhancing customer lifetime value, and executing successful product launches.
The ideal candidate has a robust track record in scaling direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands, particularly within the automotive parts and accessories sector. A deep understanding of ecommerce unit economics, expert proficiency in paid social and search marketing, and a talent for leading high-performing marketing teams are essential requirements. With 7-10 years of marketing leadership experience focused on DTC ecommerce, you will bring a growth mindset and a disciplined approach to your role.
We seek a candidate who excels in retention marketing, possesses strong financial literacy, specifically in P&L management, and has outstanding leadership and communication skills. Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry and a familiarity with building and optimizing high-volume creative testing systems will be considered a plus.
