Job Description: TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Leads technical design, unit testing, code reviews, systems planning, scheduling and implementation. Also provides guidance to developers and works with stakeholders/vendors to define requirements. Assists scrum master with removing cross team dependencies and troubleshoots system issues. Participates in system demos during sprint reviews and participates in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
We will need an architect with Field Services Experience.
Specifically knowledge of the following features/objects:
Work Orders, Work Plans, and Work Steps Book Appointments and Candidates Scheduling policies Service Appointments Service Resources, Skills, Territories Salesforce Field Service App
In addition to Field Services, we will have a need for the following features:
Experience Cloud Communities sites Service Cloud
