Introduction
This role focuses on building payment functionality for wholesale clients. The successful candidate will have experience in notifications and alerts, contributing to the front end, customer experience/customer facing applications. The role involves working closely with a mobile scrum team to enhance digital fraud protection for wholesale clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant fields. Strong background in payments, fraud protection, and digital payments. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Experience in the banking, financial services, or digital domain. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. Ability to translate strategic plans into tactical actions. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Experience with mobile banking. 5 years as a Product Manager/Owner with agile teams in banking or financial services. Experience with distributed teams. Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent. Experience with commercial payments, treasury management, or wholesale banking. First-hand experience with payables automation services. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead delivery team priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies. Clearly articulate product strategy to the delivery team. Collaborate with various teams to design new products and improvements. Maintain the team's backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert. Perform triage on critical issues and communicate with all concerned parties. Provide clarifications and conduct business validation with the development team. Update leadership on delivery schedules and dependencies impacting deliverables. Facilitate sprint planning and demos, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap. Coordinate the creation of release-specific business documents. Ensure compliance with Product Management Lifecycle processes and procedures.
