We are seeking an experienced individual in Medical Assistance and Accounts Receivable to work as
Director of Elderly Waiver Revenue & Accounts Receivables . This individual completes Medicaid waiver eligibility, clinical reimbursement coordination, and revenue integrity across our assisted living and memory care communities.
This leadership role executes accurate, timely, and compliant revenue related to
MN Elderly Waiver (EW), CADI, Housing Support, Medicaid, and private-pay portions , while supervising the
MA Specialist and Clinical Reimbursement Specialist .
Key Responsibilities
Complete, oversee and responsible for EW, CADI, and Housing Support eligibility, applications, renewals, and authorizations Complete waiver, Medicaid, Housing Support, and private-pay billing and collections Collaborate with Accounting to reconcile billing and resolve discrepancies (Eldermark preferred) Supervise and lead reimbursement and eligibility staff to expedite move ins through EW enrollment Responsible for systems that mitigate bad debt write offs in relation to EW eligibility and private portion responsibility amongst resdients Ensure compliance with DHS regulations and support revenue optimization Qualifications
5 plus years' experience in Assisted Living, Medicaid billing, waiver programs, or social services Mastery of MN EW, CADI, Housing Support, and Medicaid processes Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to work quickly through advanced organizational skills are all skills that the successful candidate will posses Salary Range:
$125,000 -$145,000 annually
with achievable incentives in addition to the base salary.
Work Environment
Primarily on-site in assisted living and memory care communities 3-4 days per week Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
