Join First Merchants Bank as a Marketing Analytics Insights Manager! In this pivotal role, you'll lead the integration of marketing data across various platforms, crafting clear and actionable data narratives that enhance decision-making, demonstrate progress towards KPIs, and capitalize on customer feedback. Your expertise will intertwine performance analytics (web, social, email/SMS, SEO/SEM, paid media) with campaign measurement and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to steer strategy, optimize spending, and enhance customer experiences in collaboration with UX. You will blend descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics with benchmarking to communicate insights on past performance, highlighting their significance and guiding future actions. Establish a scalable VoC practice to collect, analyze, and act on feedback from various sources to inform our roadmap and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities: Consolidate and normalize marketing data from diverse channels, creating a single source of truth for performance analysis and optimization. Define and maintain a KPI framework for brand, demand, lifecycle, and experience metrics, aligning them with business outcomes and OKRs in collaboration with Marketing and Finance. Build and maintain executive and team dashboards, utilizing data storytelling techniques to ensure stakeholders understand key insights quickly. Establish and manage a VoC program that aggregates feedback from various sources, applying sentiment analysis to uncover loyalty drivers and friction points. Implement closed-loop feedback processes with Marketing, UX, Product, and Service teams; evaluate impacts, recommend actions, and track outcomes. Create comprehensive measurement plans and ensure full-funnel tracking of both ongoing and campaign activities. Conduct pre/post analyses, A/B testing, and ROI/ROAS assessments; communicate findings effectively through storytelling best practices. Collaborate with UX to share behavioral insights that inform hypotheses, experiments, and design priorities. Work closely with Finance to align marketing investments with growth, retention, and performance narratives for leadership. Oversee data quality, documentation, and access controls to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Evaluate analytics and martech tools, leading vendor management and pilots as necessary. Coach marketing teams on dashboard interpretation and insights application, promoting effective data storytelling practices. Champion privacy-aware measurement and ensure ethical data usage in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, statistics, business, computer science, or a related field. Five years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics with measurable impact on channel optimization and campaign ROI. Preferred Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical abilities with a knack for distilling complex information into actionable insights. High integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative approach. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, independent work environment. Experience consolidating data across various marketing platforms.
