Role Overview:
We’re seeking a results-driven
Development & Fundraising Partner
to build donor relationships and secure funding for growth. This is a founding role—your efforts will directly shape our future sustainability. Responsibilities: Create and execute fundraising strategies Cultivate donor, sponsor, and community relationships Identify and apply for grants Plan fundraising campaigns and events Partner with founder on donor communications and reporting What We’re Looking For: Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to think creatively about funding opportunities Passion for mission-driven work Commitment:
Part-time, flexible hours. Remote with some local presence preferred.
