This key leadership position involves overseeing revenue generation, operational management, financial oversight, and engagement with our Board. You will collaborate closely with our founder, who is deeply committed to research and scientific strategy, to elevate our organization's professional standards and substantially increase our fundraising capabilities. The goal is to support the mission of bringing new and effective treatments to patients within a 3-5 year timeframe. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies Building and nurturing donor relationships Ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization Managing internal operations and staff Engaging and communicating with the Board The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record in nonprofit leadership Expertise in revenue development A strong passion for our mission This position is remote but requires a high level of commitment and may involve occasional travel for various organizational activities.
