Junior Estimator , you will support the estimating team in preparing accurate, competitive bids for mission-critical and data-center electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals early in their estimating career who want to develop strong technical, financial, and analytical skills within a collaborative team environment. What You Will Do

Assist with electrical quantity takeoffs, material/labor breakdowns, and cost analyses. Help prepare bid packages, proposals, pricing documents, and estimate summaries. Maintain updated pricing data, supplier quotes, and historical cost records. Request and organize vendor/subcontractor quotes; clarify scope items as needed. Coordinate with senior estimators, project leaders, engineers, and procurement. Support documentation needs, including bid files, revisions, and post-bid follow-up. Participate in training to build knowledge of electrical systems and estimating tools. Contribute to process improvements and internal workflow enhancements. Perform additional estimating or administrative tasks as needed. What You Will Need 0-2 years of experience in electrical construction, estimating, or related fields (internships acceptable). Degree or training in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Basic understanding of electrical systems or willingness to learn. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications (or learn quickly). Familiarity with estimating or construction software (e.g., Conest, Accubid, Procore) preferred. Strong Excel skills and general proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Awareness of safe construction practices.
