At Fidelity Brokerage, we are looking for a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our Brokerage Solution Architecture team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining a secure and comprehensive technology strategy that enhances the retail brokerage customer experience. Your leadership will focus on continuously advancing the cybersecurity practices and posture within the Brokerage technology architecture and engineering teams in close collaboration with enterprise cybersecurity initiatives. The Expertise You Have The ideal candidate will possess a robust cybersecurity background, showcasing proven expertise in developing secure and scalable systems within the FinTech industry. You should blend exceptional interpersonal and technical skills to effectively navigate large organizations, fostering collaborations with architecture teams, product owners, engineering, quality assurance, and customers to deliver innovative experiences and capabilities. The Skills You Bring Over 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, establishing programs, policies, and guidelines, as well as implementing controls within large-scale infrastructure environments. Expertise in Cloud Architectures, services, and implementation patterns. Minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience in developing web and/or desktop applications. Experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD automation. In-depth understanding of well-architected frameworks emphasizing Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization. Demonstrated leadership in implementing Zero Trust architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Knowledge of secrets management and automation of certificate lifecycles. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ITIL, or equivalent qualifications. Strong comprehension of cryptographic controls and enterprise PKI operations. Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code to facilitate secure and repeatable builds. The base salary range for this position is $126,000-255,000 USD per year, depending on responsibilities, location, relevant experience, and other factors. Your total compensation package includes base salary along with potential bonuses or variable compensation.
