Role snapshot
Own top-of-funnel outreach and lightweight pipeline management to hit our
Amplify Fund ($50k)
and project sponsorships. Time & term 3–6 hrs/week • 6 months (renewable) • Remote-first (DFW welcome) What you’ll do Build a
Top-50 prospect list
(individuals, foundations, local businesses). Send
10 quality outreaches/week ; book intro calls; keep notes current. Package
sponsorships
(concert, short film, podcast episode); track deliverables. Support
GivingTuesday / year-end
& monthly sustainers; light copy for emails/social. Day-1 tools Google Workspace, Givebutter (campaign pages + QR), simple CRM sheet (Neon later), templates. You’ll be great at this if… Comfortable writing short, warm outreach; organized follow-ups; loves moving people to “yes.” Partnership mindset with small businesses and community orgs; basic analytics for “what’s working.” Accessibility & inclusion We adapt roles and pacing; accommodations gladly provided with notice. 30/60/90 success 30 days:
Top-50 built; 20 outreaches sent; 3 calls booked. 60 days:
2 sponsorships in pipeline; $10k in pending/pledged; campaign pages refreshed. 90 days:
