The Senior Client Insights & Analytics Strategist position is part of the Global Client Insights Public Sector team, dedicated to promoting innovation in the products, tools, and insights that facilitate the success of our Sales teams. Collaboration with various departments such as Sales, Product, Client Success, Finance, and Marketing will be essential in identifying strategies that enhance client performance, increase value, and support scalable growth. This role focuses on driving innovation within our global public sector business. As a Senior Strategist, you will serve as both an insight creator and a strategic partner, transforming raw data into compelling narratives that support a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive scalable insight innovation throughout the organization. This position is highly visible and cross-functional, working closely with Sales managers to directly influence client strategy and revenue. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret raw data from diverse sources (product, sales performance, campaigns, etc.) Create persuasive, data-driven narratives that demonstrate business impact and drive client value Support assigned accounts by providing tailored insights that meet client objectives Translate client needs and challenges into insightful strategies and actionable solutions that enhance ROI and long-term value Engage with clients and internal partners by delivering actionable insights through data-driven storytelling Contribute to the evolution of insight methodology and narrative development across various sectors and regions Participate in and manage strategic internal projects requiring collaboration across teams, such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance Skills/Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages to external clients and internal executive partners Proven problem-solving abilities focused on data, with experience in interpreting large datasets to extract meaningful insights Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), Excel, and PowerPoint, with solid data modeling experience Experience in developing client-facing insights and compelling narratives that influence decisions and drive results Experience supporting a portfolio of business or collaborating with Sales/Client Success teams Ability to independently manage projects, meet deadlines, and foster partner relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Willingness to travel (10-20% of the time) Salary Range Transparency Austin, Metro Area: 71,000 - 105,000 USD per year NYC Metro Area: 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year Seattle, Metro Area: 80,000 - 120,000 USD per year San Francisco, Metro Area: 88,000 - 132,000 USD per year Scottsdale, Metro Area: 63,000 - 95,000 USD per year US, Remote: 71,000 - 105,000 USD per year Benefits - Health, Work/Life Harmony, & Wellbeing We prioritize what matters to our employees.
