• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Dynamics CRM solution.
• Drive technical decisions, architecture design, customization.
• Oversee development activities, including customization, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
• Support the integration with other systems such as AMS360, Insurtech aggregators.
• Integrate with contact center solutions.
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Azure integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
