Summary
As part of the corporate operations leadership team reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role provides effective leadership to operations by aligning maintenance and asset performance with company values, principles, and safety expectations. Develop and embed an asset management process across the company, enabling efficient and sustainable maintenance execution through clear standards, resourcing, and systems. Actively support and empower site maintenance teams through coaching and influence across complex, multi-disciplinary teams. Engage group support functions to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, and drive disciplined planning and execution to deliver exceptional safety, efficiency, cost and performance outcomes.
Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following

Provide leadership to Assets, aligned with Company’ Values and Principles, focusing on efficient and sustainable maintenance execution and site operations. Develop Asset Management process to be applied across Compass with a goal of achieving 80% planned maintenance. Support the Asset teams that effectively manage Company Assets in coordination with group support teams. Instill a strong contractor mentality within maintenance teams. Create a working environment recognized for industry-leading safety, efficiency, performance, cost, and delivery. Ensure sites are adequately resourced and support recruitment strategies as needed. Support site maintenance teams by ensuring access to appropriate resources, tooling, and systems to execute maintenance effectively. Clearly communicate and embed expectations around the planning and execution of maintenance activities on site. Perform other duties as required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineer or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 15 years of experience supporting multiple sites.
