What You'll Do:
As our new Senior Manager, Digital Analytics, you will lead media measurement and analytics for White Claw USA as part of the Measurement Services team, acting as a trusted advisor to Marketing and agency partners. Based in Chicago and part of the Digital Center of Excellence (DCoE), you will own the end-to-end measurement strategy; translating business questions into robust measurement plans, test-and-learn frameworks, and actionable insights. This is a senior, highly visible role focused on driving smarter investment decisions, continuous optimization, and best-in-class digital measurement practices.
Additional key responsibilities include :
Lead measurement services for White Claw USA, partnering with Marketing and agency teams to guide campaign planning, execution, and evaluation. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for analytics and measurement, ensuring insights are clearly communicated and actioned by stakeholders. Define effective KPIs and measurement frameworks, translating business objectives into test-and-learn plans and analytically sound success metrics. Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting outputs that provide a single source of truth for digital campaign performance. Present actionable insights and recommendations from media reports, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), A/B testing, and incrementality studies. Standardize best practices for digital measurement and reporting, driving adoption across agencies and internal teams. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and advanced analytics solutions. Represent the DCoE and MABI as thought leaders in measurement, influencing agencies and internal partners to adopt modern measurement approaches. What You'll Bring:
8+ years’ experience in digital marketing data analytics or measurement, ideally within FMCG or a large-scale consumer brand environment. Strong expertise in media measurement, including platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok Analytics. Proven experience with advanced measurement techniques, including A/B testing, incrementality testing, and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling). High proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and agencies through clear data storytelling and recommendations. Experience operating in fast-paced, agile environments, with familiarity using Jira or Agile delivery frameworks an advantage. Who you are

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
