Systems is looking for an experienced Purchasing Agent ready to hit the ground running in El Dorado or Little Rock Arkansas! This is a full-time position.

Purchasing Agent Responsibilities:

Maintaining PO log for both job site and corporate entries Price and procure materials/consumables/supplies to ensure the best price and delivery Negotiate price, organize and maintain records of all rental equipment Matching receivers to invoices, submit approved invoices for payment Administration of RFQ process Corporate vehicle rental Vendor set-up Assist job site in following purchasing policies and procedures Assist the accounting department with monthly and annual closes Benefits

Experience and Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Business or similar discipline is preferred but not required Ability to work independently or in a team environment
