Role Overview As an Art Director, you will be pivotal in crafting brand and campaign ideas from initial concept to final execution. This position demands strong visual thinking, a sophisticated design sensibility, and the capability to collaborate across various disciplines to produce bold, culturally relevant creative work. You will design across numerous mediums, such as digital, social, film, experiential, and emerging platforms, always grounded in the core idea. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and execution of integrated campaign concepts in collaboration with copywriters, strategists, and producers. Develop campaign ideas and brand messaging based on insights, strategy, and creative ambition. Transform strategic insights into compelling visual concepts across various touchpoints such as static, motion, social, and experiential. Utilize a systems-thinking approach to ensure visual consistency throughout the campaign. Work closely with copywriters to establish cohesive, integrated creative solutions. Engage in brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and cross-functional collaboration. Create mood boards, storyboards, and design explorations to bring concepts to life. Deliver distinctive, brand-appropriate art direction that adapts across different formats. Contribute to brand identity evolution, visual systems, and content design as necessary. Present ideas internally and to clients with clarity and confidence. Take part in creative reviews and use feedback constructively to enhance the work. Stay updated on trends in language, culture, media, and audience behavior. Support junior creatives and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team atmosphere. Basic Qualifications A portfolio showcasing conceptually driven and visually engaging work across multiple platforms and mediums. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an art director or designer in an agency, studio, or brand setting. Preferred Qualifications Exceptional conceptual thinking with the ability to visually articulate big ideas with clarity and finesse. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion design or AI tools is advantageous. Experience in developing campaigns across digital, social, film, OOH, and experiential channels. Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and composition principles. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams. Ability to present ideas and clearly explain the creative rationale. A keen interest in culture, technology, and new creative platforms. Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working efficiently under tight deadlines. A positive, proactive, and cooperative mindset. Compensation Compensation at Accenture varies based on several factors, including office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
