Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services in support of the Department's Office of Information Technology (OIT) in a multiyear cloud initiative to lead the design and implementation of a Microsoft Cloud architecture aligned with the Department's business and IT strategies.
Contractor Responsibilities Lead the creation and/or evolution of the Microsoft Cloud architecture function/program including coordination of an appropriately balanced pursuit of enterprise business, information, technical, and solution architectures. Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to develop Microsoft Cloud architecture requirements. Analyze technology industry and market trends and determine potential impact upon the Department. Lead the development of Microsoft Cloud architecture governance structure based on business and IT strategies. Oversee Microsoft Cloud architecture implementation and ongoing refinement activities. Direct the development and execution of a communication (including education) plan for Microsoft Cloud architecture standards.
