Summary of Job Description:
As a Senior Associate Relations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in addressing associate concerns and leading thorough investigations alongside Field HR. Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex issues, ensuring compliance with laws, and promoting a positive work environment. Job Responsibilities: Take charge of investigating and resolving associate complaints. Contribute your expertise to sensitive and intricate investigations, particularly those related to Title VII and Title IX. Ensure investigations are conducted thoroughly and efficiently, maintaining open communication with Field HR, Legal, and Operations regarding progress and solutions. Document investigations meticulously, complying with company protocols, and provide well-organized case documents including notes, summaries, reports, and corrective action documents. Evaluate risk and liability effectively in each case, ensuring resolutions align with federal and state laws as well as company policies. Collaborate with Field HR and Operations to implement positive workforce strategies. Lead quarterly reviews of associate relations trends with Operations Leaders for your designated regions. Prepare formal responses and necessary documentation in relation to associate relations charges, assist in media preparations, and support negotiations during settlements. Analyze regional trends, investigating root causes and sharing insights to identify issues that need addressing. Minimum of 5 years of experience in associate relations within retail or hospitality operations. Completion of required training courses. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is essential. Pay Range:
P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual. Individual pay is influenced by various factors, including work location and experience.
