Our Business Experiences Analytics Data Science team is composed of expert data scientists and analysts focused on empowering advertisers to unlock the full potential of their campaigns. We utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to provide actionable insights that foster business growth. Our mission is to enable advertisers to make data-driven decisions that optimize their campaigns, improve ROI, and achieve marketing success. About the Role: People Leadership:

Inspire and grow a world-class team of data scientists and analytics professionals. Product Leadership:

Use data-driven insights to shape product development, identify opportunities and challenges, and ensure the products we develop create meaningful value for users and businesses. Collaborate with partner teams to prioritize product initiatives and define goals. Analytics:

Utilize data and insights to guide teams, focusing on developing hypotheses and employing a variety of rigorous analytical methodologies and technical approaches to validate them. Communication and Influence:

Go beyond presenting data; tell compelling stories with insights that influence and persuade stakeholders. Build credibility through clarity and structure, becoming a trusted strategic partner. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to inform and support product strategy and investment decisions. Lead and develop a distributed team of data scientists and data science leaders. Apply quantitative analysis and data mining expertise to create data-informed strategies for enhancing our product offerings. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in a quantitative discipline (e.g., AI, statistics, operations research, econometrics, computer science, engineering) with 10+ years of relevant experience (or PhD with 8+ years). 10+ years of experience managing analytics teams and collaborating with Product and Infrastructure teams for data-informed product and business planning. Proven track record in hiring, retaining, and scaling geographically diverse, high-performing teams. Strong intellectual curiosity and decisiveness in navigating complex and ambiguous environments. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across functions. Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both product and business analytics with a demonstrated ability to integrate approaches. Compensation: $253,000/year to $314,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
