Job Description
Overall planning and management of estimating activities for specific construction projects, including preparation, interpretation, and presentation of estimates. Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-estimate meetings, analyze request for proposals to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate * Provide conceptual and final estimating input on complex projects Determine labor and construction equipment costs * Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing * Ensure all working documents and data are maintained Track awarded contracts as required; may include estimating/pricing extra work items, change orders, credit, procuring materials on major work items Complete other responsibilities as assigned MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
