Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
5+ years of Experience in Core Salesforce skills Salesforce Platform & Architecture • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-org strategy, and solution design. • Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing. • Hands-on experience with API-led architecture (REST/SOAP), Platform Events, Event-Driven frameworks. • Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions. • Advanced understanding of Salesforce Data Modeling, Large Data Volume (LDV) patterns, and performance optimization. Life Sciences Domain • Strong understanding of Pharma processes. • Knowledge of industry standards such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, , UDI, and PV (Pharmacovigilance). • Experience with HCP/HCO engagement models, patient services workflows, and field medical/field sales operations. • Knowledge of drug commercialization, patient access programs, and regulatory compliance workflows.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, QA, regulatory, and business stakeholders. • Conduct architectural reviews, design workshops, and technical governance boards. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ability to mentor junior architects and technical teams.

Salary Range: $100,000 $140,000 Year
