CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full time Revenue Cycle Director to work at our Center City, Philadelphia, PA office.

This position is eligible for a $2,500.00 sign on bonus.

The Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for overseeing all revenue cycle operations for over 30 office locations and 150 providers. Areas of oversight include but are not limited to pre-registration, documentation, coding, charging, and billing and collections practices. This position will promote and evaluate key performance indicators including but not limited to, self-pay collection rates, bad debt, charge lag, claim edits, and enrollment edits.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve revenue cycle processes and drive financial success of the organization Oversee and manage all aspects of revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, collections, and reimbursement Collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal revenue cycle performance and efficient healthcare operations Monitor and analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and areas for improvement Provide leadership and guidance to revenue cycle team, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and promoting professional development Ensures compliance with federal and state legal requirements by researching existing and accessing new legislation and by consulting with outside advisors Develop and maintain strong relationships with payers and other external stakeholders to optimize revenue cycle processes and resolve any issues Overseeing 20+ direct reports Other duties as assigned Requirements:

Bachelors' degree required in Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5+ years of relevant billing management experience Experience handling $400 million plus in charges Experience managing a staff of up to 30 employees Prior experience presenting and reporting to shareholders Experience with Tableau is a plus Knowledge of patient registration, scheduling, authorizations, billing process and workflow Experience with Athena flow and GPMS is a plus Experience with accounting and financial statements Basic knowledge of EMR programs, Medical Terminology, ICD-10, CPT, and coding processes Thorough understanding of healthcare reimbursement and denial management processes Excellent inter-personal, verbal, and written communication skills Benefits:
