Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in plant operations within a skilled nursing environment and have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and OSHA standards Must have previous nursing home experience Possesses the mechanical skills necessary for accomplishing repairs on systems and buildings Maintenance skills required Must have leadership experience in both housekeeping and maintenance
