Join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Analytics Insights Associate within our Clinical Insights group! As you step into this critical role, you will support our healthcare analytics solutions, providing expert insights that empower our clients to make impactful decisions. This role places you at the nexus of healthcare and technology. Utilizing tools such as Shiny, Streamlit, Quarto, and R Markdown, you will collaborate with a talented group of professionals, including PhDs, engineers, product managers, and consultants, to create innovative and scalable analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop rapid analytics solutions that address the needs of healthcare decision-makers. Collaborate with product leadership and clients to thoroughly understand challenges, present innovative solutions, and iterate based on direct feedback. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing analytics products within healthcare environments. Proficient in Python and/or R programming languages. In-depth knowledge of relational databases, preferably MySQL, and experience in data pipeline design and maintenance. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity. Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to varied audiences. Remote work is a primary aspect of this position, with occasional travel required for internal or client meetings. Work authorization in the U.S. is necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks. Familiarity with building solutions using Shiny, Streamlit, Quarto, and R Markdown. Experience with Posit Connect or similar tools for deploying analytics products. Prior experience in healthcare consulting, analytics, or technical roles within a professional services firm. The estimated salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on various factors including skills, experience, and certifications. Additionally, this role is eligible for Huron's annual incentive compensation program and various benefits, including comprehensive healthcare coverage, a 401(k) plan, and a generous Paid Time Off policy, among others.
