We are seeking a dynamic Director of Training and Product Strategy to lead our training and coaching initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who has a proven track record in driving growth and transformation within an online training environment. Your experience in managing and scaling training programs will be essential to our success.
Previous experience as Head of Training and Coaching in an online training courses and events company, ideally leading organizations through substantial revenue growth from $20MM to $50MM+ during your tenure.
A strategic yet hands-on leadership style that inspires teams and drives transformational change.
Experience managing a diverse team of around 20 individuals, including trainers, moderators, instructors, authors, copywriters, translation, project managers, and film/video editors.
Proven success in creating online sales and digital marketing funnels, as well as developing new course curriculum/products that have generated $5MM+ in revenue.
Strong knowledge of marketing KPIs and business performance metrics essential for customer acquisition and retention, leading to significant growth.
Experience with the USA consumer market, specifically in professional training, adult coaching, mentoring, online courses, and eLearning.
Experience leading remote, distributed teams, particularly across Eastern and Central time zones to collaborate effectively with USA and European teams.
Strong capabilities in people management, process optimization, digital technology, operational oversight, and budget management.
Track record of job stability, having spent 3+ years with at least one or two companies, with excellent past references.
Passionate about personal development and coaching individuals for continuous improvement.
Highly educated, preferably holding a Degree, MBA, or PhD.
