
Responsibilities
The Video Training Specialist will design, develop, and deliver hands-on training and assist with eLearning curriculum for adult learners.
Developing courseware, delivering training, setting up and maintaining a training environment, and using student satisfaction surveys for course evaluation
Writing training manuals (instructor and participant guides) and user manuals
Design and produce training tools, such as printable job aids, practice exercises, assessments and quick reference guides
Serve as the primary customer representative for development and delivery of customized training solutions and documentation
Encourage classroom participation and facilitate change management for target audience
Evaluate and adapt to variances in learning styles within an audience
Understand of travel logistics and videographer requirements to support the executive office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying priorities
Work with a cross-functional team (subject matter experts and management)
Produce professional deliverables using Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
Must have TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain Presidential Support Duty (PSD) clearance
Experience in event style Audio Visual and Video Production
Experience with event video production systems to include audio mixers, production lighting, video recording equipment, live stream solutions, multi-camera production systems and robotic cameras
Experience in setting up and operating professional camera equipment and mobile livestreaming devices, for on-location coverage, special events, and taped interviews, ensuring high-quality video capture under various conditions
Strong interpersonal and professional skills
Desired:
Familiarity with conducting thorough equipment checks and performing troubleshooting procedures to ensure the reliability and functionality of audio, camera, and livestream equipment
Familiarity with standard instructional systems development models, such as ADDIE
Familiarity with learning content and delivery solutions
Advanced understanding of Sony camera systems, electronic news gathering techniques, and compositional design
Basic networking knowledge on installing routers and encoder devices for live Streaming operations

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. EEO
