results-driven Director of Cardiovascular Services
to lead and advance its cardiovascular service line. This role is responsible for driving
operational excellence, clinical quality, financial performance, and strategic growth , while inspiring teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and community impact. Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage the
Cardiovascular Service Line
at the assigned location Provide leadership across
operations, personnel, finance, quality improvement, marketing, business development, and strategic planning Develop, approve, and oversee policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with system and regulatory standards Ensure development and optimization of departmental workflows and functional processes Establish organizational structures and oversee personnel actions including hiring, discipline, performance management, and evaluations Identify training needs and ensure staff competency in accordance with Patient Care Services standards Develop and manage short- and long-term departmental goals and performance metrics Create, monitor, and ensure compliance with approved operating and capital budgets Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and key stakeholders to drive cardiovascular program growth and quality outcomes Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Master's degree preferred 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
in a hospital setting 2+ years of cardiovascular or Cath lab leadership experience preferred Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex administrative, operational, and human-resource challenges Ability to evaluate multiple solutions, anticipate risks, and implement process improvements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of hospital operations, regulatory requirements, and service-line management Sound judgment and discretion in decision-making
