Job Description:
As a Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect with Crowe, you will be a key leader for our clients and project teams, engaging with executives and stakeholders to transform complex business challenges into innovative and scalable Salesforce solutions. You will possess a strong understanding of both business strategy and the intricacies of the Salesforce platform, providing trusted guidance on industry best practices while working closely with customers to design solutions that ensure their success. In this role, you will mentor delivery teams, enforce architectural governance, and lead the implementation of impactful solutions integrating strategic vision with hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-sales discovery to document business, functional, and technical requirements to generate solutions, estimates, and Scope of Work.
Collaborate with Practice Directors for resource allocation on sold Scopes of Work.
Engage with key internal and client stakeholders to capture business needs, defining requirements and processes.
Develop comprehensive Solution Designs that reflect business requirements, technical solutions, and project plans for successful delivery.
Coordinate with technical architects and developers to ensure solution designs adhere to best practices and that estimates are accurate.
Lead project implementations, overseeing architectural design while ensuring project delivery aligns with timelines through collaboration with project teams.
Facilitate project introductions, kick-off meetings, and weekly status updates, managing project timelines effectively.
Conduct technical QA of completed work to ensure compliance with established standards and practices.
Provide end-user training for clients as necessary.
Engage with clients on new projects and develop clear roadmaps for ongoing initiatives.
Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery team members to ensure the overall success of projects.
Experience & Requirements:
Proven experience with all Salesforce core products.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, along with multiple Salesforce certifications.
Experience in planning and leading strategy/design workshops for complex projects.
Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise strategic projects from inception to completion.
Experience in providing consulting services to senior leaders in organizations ranging from SMB to Enterprise.
Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with the capability to manage delivery teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization.
Committed to logging time daily for accurate client and project reporting.
Possess a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and innovative environment.
Prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
Salesforce specializations beyond the core platform are a plus.
This position requires a minimum of 20% travel.

The salary range for this role varies based on factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs, with a reasonable estimate between $109,400.00 and $218,100.00 per year.
