The ServiceNow Alliance Relationship Director (ARD) plays a critical role in managing the day-to-day relationship with ServiceNow, collaborating with sales to ensure compliance, governance, and performance excellence. This is an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally with diverse teams across EY. Your Key Responsibilities Implement and execute the ServiceNow alliance strategy and objectives.

Facilitate high-level ServiceNow relationships and manage programs that mobilize strategic initiatives, accelerate field engagement, and drive impactful actions.

Drive measurable results through structured governance, ensuring accountability across Service Lines, sectors, and ServiceNow partners.

Conduct ServiceNow US Business Reviews to provide insights to Global and US ServiceNow Alliance executives.

Access and leverage ServiceNow Global level programs to secure necessary approvals.

Deploy ServiceNow partner programs effectively, enhancing local activation and compliance.

Deliver comprehensive alliance intelligence and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Enable expansion into new countries with proper governance and operational support.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and requirements.

Collaborate to define marketing messaging and materials with BMC.

Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship community through knowledge sharing and market insights.

Skills and Attributes for Success Ability to manage multiple activities and provide effective support in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, and operational support.

Understanding of technology and business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions.

Proven experience in alliance management or business development in technology or professional services.

Demonstrated success in building and nurturing mutually beneficial alliance relationships.

Strong networking and influence management skills that drive outcomes across organizational boundaries.

Effective communicator with outstanding organization and project management skills, with a strong track record in achieving alliance sales and revenues.

Self-starter capable of working independently while maintaining team communication on progress and challenges.

Ability to navigate complex issues and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

Strong organizational skills and adaptability in diverse team environments.

This position requires a mix of remote work and regular coordination with team members globally, and some travel may be necessary.

The base salary for this role ranges from $168,700 to $324,800, with specific ranges for regions such as New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California.
