Job Description
Newly created Development Associate role at a leading Developer in Houston. Looking for a a designminded development professional looking to accelerate their career by supporting a highperforming development platform delivering retail, mixeduse, and commercial projects across the major Texas markets.
Coordinate design, entitlement, and permitting efforts with architects, engineers, landscape designers, and internal stakeholders Support the design and execution of largescale groceryanchored and mixeduse developments. Review site plans, architectural drawings, landscape packages, and tenant improvement documents Assist with lease exhibits, surveys, and legal descriptions. Work closely with construction teams on bidding, contracting, and project execution to maintain quality, schedule, and budget Track project milestones using Procore or similar project management software. Prepare project reports and support meeting coordination, documentation, and followup. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for design and entitlements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Design Development Associate should have:
2-5 years of experience in commercial development, retail development, architecture, civil design, or construction coordination. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or similar. Proficiency with Bluebeam, CAD, Procore, Excel, and related platforms. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced, collaborative environment. What's on Offer
