The Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant in our Global Trade practice, you will leverage your experience and expertise to provide value to clients and manage risks associated with global trade. You'll be part of a team focused on helping clients operate more effectively in international markets.
Your Key Responsibilities
Research customs and international trade issues to provide informed advisory services.
Advise clients on customs compliance issues and strategies for potential duty savings.
Perform customs compliance tasks and review the work of team members.
Develop and deliver high-quality planning ideas and responsive services to meet client needs.
Stay updated on global trade developments and innovate service offerings that deliver client value.
Manage projects efficiently with strong organizational skills, motivation, and a proactive attitude.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, international relations, or a related field.
Approximately 3 or more years of relevant work experience in industry, professional services, or major import/export firms.
Experience in a client service environment.
Excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in a technology-enabled environment.
Willingness to travel as needed and work in a balanced hybrid environment.
Ideally, You'll Also Have
A JD, CPA, or U.S. Customs broker license.
Experience in professional services with the ability to understand client needs and expand business opportunities.
