Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Product Owner
to support a ServiceNow transformation project. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to define product vision, create user stories, and guide the development of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities Define the product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow implementation. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories. Prioritize the product backlog and ensure development teams understand requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, and ServiceNow developers). Review and validate completed work to ensure it meets business needs. Support ServiceNow module rollouts such as
CSM, ITSM, or CRM . Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups. Required Skills
Strong experience as a
Product Owner . Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow , especially CSM, ITSM, or CRM modules. Ability to define product vision and drive transformation initiatives. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
