What you'll do...
Lead the execution of UI design for Global Digital product experiences, delivering user-friendly and polished interfaces from start to finish.
Create comprehensive design deliverables, including responsive layouts, detailed mockups, and component variants, highlighting interaction states (default/hover/active/focus/disabled).
Enhance and adapt design system patterns to ensure consistency and quality across teams, while facilitating speedy delivery.
Design with accessibility and inclusivity as a priority, ensuring high contrast, effective typography, and a seamless experience across devices.
Develop interactive prototypes to validate design assumptions, user interactions, and complex states, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with product, content, and engineering teams to optimize user flows, information architecture, and experience design that serves both user needs and business objectives.
Leverage data and feedback from various sources (analytics, usability findings, customer insights) to iterate and enhance design outcomes.
Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders, providing compelling storytelling around design options and recommendations.
Support the implementation process in partnership with engineers to ensure the final product matches the envisioned user experience.
Contribute to a comprehensive vision of user experience across platforms and regions, focusing on scalable UI design patterns.
You'll have... A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience in UI design, product design, visual design, or similar roles with proven ownership of high-fidelity UI projects.
A compelling portfolio that showcases exceptional UI design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy, interaction states), along with end-to-end product thinking and case studies.
Even better if you have... A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience creating consumer-facing web or mobile product experiences at scale.
Proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, variants, libraries) and familiarity with design system environments.
A strong visual design sensibility demonstrated through comprehensive product UI ownership.
Experience collaborating with engineers and understanding front-end constraints and patterns.
Experience in conducting discovery and validation processes (interviews, usability testing) and implementing insights into designs.
Knowledge of Agile/Lean methodologies and iterative release processes.
Experience designing for global markets, considering localization and content variability.
