We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processing Specialist who will build strong relationships with our Loan Originators and customers. This role is vital in guiding our clients through the loan process with expertise and care. Key Responsibilities: Independently calculate various types of self-employed income. Achieve a minimum of 20 funded units per month while maintaining performance for future months. Manage workflow effectively to ensure timely loan closings. Stay informed with product knowledge and industry changes. Utilize AUS systems proficiently. Adhere to all regulations and laws related to mortgage lending. Facilitate communication with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, and realtors to expedite the mortgage process. Requirements for Success: 3+ years of recent experience in retail mortgage processing is preferred. Proficient understanding of TRID regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA underwriting guidelines. Experience with LoanSoft LOS is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce and database operations is advantageous. Strong teamwork and customer service skills are essential. Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work proactively. Competency in technology and computer-related tasks. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
