As a Director of Operations,

you will act as a supervisor and leader and is responsible for fostering environment for safe and profitable operations through planning and oversight of divisional operations. Works with Vice President to establish strategic goals, directing regional teams to execute, and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and liaising with executive management to make decisions for operational activities.

Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university, minimum 15 years power utility related experience, with responsibility for at least a geographical region of operations, or an equivalent combination Construction Industry experience (electrical power preferred) Prior Project Management experience Experience developing teams Travel required, with potential for extended duration. Extended meaning the travel may account for up to 100% of your workweek. Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels review team
