Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator

to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. This role will ensure our sales teams have the tools, data, and processes needed to drive productivity, streamline workflows, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce expertise, experience managing sales engagement tools (Gong, Vonage, Groove), and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder. Customize page layouts, fields, objects, and record types to optimize user experience. Monitor system performance, data quality, and integrations with tools such as

Gong, Vonage, and Groove . Support and train end-users, ensuring adoption of Salesforce best practices and connected sales tools. Partner with sales leadership to design and implement process improvements, forecasting, and pipeline tracking. Perform regular system audits, release management, and platform updates. Troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and coordinate with Salesforce support as needed. Document configurations, processes, and training materials. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Salesforce administration experience

with Sales Cloud (Service Cloud or other Salesforce products a plus). Salesforce Administrator certification ( ADM-201 ) required; Advanced Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, and profiles. Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation tools. Experience managing and integrating sales engagement platforms such as Gong, Vonage, and Groove. Familiarity with data management, imports, and deduplication. Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to balance multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines. Preferred Skills

Experience with AppExchange solutions and Salesforce integrations. Basic understanding of Salesforce APIs, data migration tools, and middleware platforms. Knowledge of sales operations processes such as pipeline management, forecasting, and the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
