
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Estimator to support a collaborative commercial GC. This role leads major preconstruction efforts, partnering early with architects and engineers to turn the owner's vision into a budgetaligned plan. Responsibilities include cost modeling, subcontractor coordination, value engineering, and guiding design teams toward efficient, buildable solutions. Ideal candidates bring strong commercial preconstruction experience and enjoy problem solving in a teamoriented environment.

Required Skills & Experience
5 years of estimating experience with a large commercial GC in a collaborative CM/GC preconstruction environment (no residential/multifamily).
Ability to run large projects independently as the main estimating POC.
Strong value engineering skills and ability to present multiple structural/system options.
Must be comfortable in a collaborative environment and collaborating with other teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with education, churches, or defense projects.
Experience working from concept sketch through permit drawings.
