Responsibilities Define and execute the organization's data engineering and AI strategy. Lead the development of scalable data pipelines and platforms for analytics and machine learning. Oversee AI/ML initiatives, including model development, deployment, and monitoring. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all systems. Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven insights. Manage and mentor a team of data engineers and data scientists. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Proven leadership experience in data engineering and AI. Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop). Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
