Collaborate with BI teams on Informatica integration for Siebel data workflows. Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within Siebel CRM. Execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations while ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Siebel CRM infrastructure. utomate repetitive tasks using scripts (Shell, Perl, PowerShell) for system efficiency. Work closely with developers and business teams to support CRM enhancements. Maintain system documentation, backup, and disaster recovery plans. Technical Skills (Must Have):

Siebel CRM Administration (Installation, Configuration, Maintenance) Windows & Unix/Linux Server Management Informatica ETL Integration (for BI/data workflows) Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting Scripting (Shell, Perl, PowerShell) Database Knowledge (Oracle, SQL) Preferred Skills:

Experience with Siebel Open UI, Workflows, and Business Services. Knowledge of cloud-based CRM migration (Siebel to Oracle CX, Salesforce, etc.). Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Change Management). Soft Skills:
