Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Develop a strategic CI roadmap aligned with organizational goals, including identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities. Lead crossfunctional teams in executing CI projects using appropriate methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, A3 problem solving, Standard Work, Pull Systems, SMED, Transactional process improvement, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly. Support leadership in incorporating CI principles into management systems and decisionmaking processes. Establish and maintain KPIs and visual management tools to track progress and communicate results. Train, mentor, and coach employees in CI tools, lean concepts, and structured problemsolving techniques. Partner with teams across all functions to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. Analyze data to identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Contribute to strategic initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased throughput. Document best practices and ensure standardization across the organization. Benchmark industry best practices and continuously refine the CI strategy. Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that continuous improvement initiatives support safe practices and operational wellbeing.
