Job Description
We seek an exceptional AI Transformation Consultant to lead enterprise-wide artificial intelligence adoption for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies. This role combines deep technical AI expertise with strategic business acumen to drive measurable AI transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive AI adoption strategies for enterprise clients Lead cross-functional teams through complex AI implementation projects ($5M+ budgets) Conduct AI readiness assessments and develop customized transformation roadmaps Architect AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving regulations (GDPR, AIDA) Manage stakeholder relationships from C-suite executives to technical teams Deliver AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies aligned with responsible AI principles Lead change management initiatives for AI-powered workforce transformation Provide thought leadership through client presentations, industry conferences, and publications
Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field 7+ years experience in AI/ML implementation with 3+ years in consulting/advisory roles Proven track record delivering AI transformation projects for enterprise clients Deep expertise in generative AI, machine learning, and AI ethics frameworks Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and client relationship building Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences Experience with major cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications preferred

Compensation Range : $150,000 - $300,000+ plus performance bonuses and equity
