Senior HR Employee Relations Consultant (Bilingual English/Spanish) Location:

Senior HR Employee Relations Consultant (Bilingual English/Spanish)

acts as the primary contact for associates and management on various associate relations matters, including investigations, agency charges (EEO, DOL), employment litigation, associate complaints, performance management, coaching, development, attendance, and other related issues. Your Impact: Advise, guide, and coach associates and managers based on policies, legal consultation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Conduct thorough investigations, managing witness lists, formulating questions, assessing credibility, investigating relevant records, and keeping a detailed written record of each investigation.

Provide debriefs to leaders and HR Business Partners on investigation findings.

Oversee internal investigations related to associate complaints and collaborate with Legal on associate relations issues.

Work closely with Ethics and Compliance on crossover investigations.

Assist AR leadership and HRBP with requests for transition agreements during separation/termination processes, utilizing advanced communication skills to effectively engage with associates at all organizational levels.

Generate and analyze associate relations-related data and trends to inform actionable strategies.

Minimum Requirements: A BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of human resources experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

HR certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

Previous experience in Associate Relations and investigations is highly desired.

Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems is preferred.

Experience with ServiceNow is an asset.

Experience in a Fortune or large company setting is preferred.
