Practice Description As an information security specialist, you will implement cutting-edge security solutions for our clients, helping them safeguard their operations against evolving cyber threats. The Opportunity Our team of security professionals combines extensive industry insights with unique technical expertise. We collaborate closely to assess, enhance, and manage our clients' security operations. As a leader within our Penetration Testing team, you'll perform comprehensive assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities to critical operational environments. Your Key Responsibilities Conduct penetration testing of web applications, APIs, and thick clients. Lead a team of technical testers on penetration testing and red team engagements. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members during test engagements. Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities across diverse systems. Analyze findings from penetration tests, documenting risks and recommendations in comprehensive reports. Execute penetration testing projects following established methodologies and tools. Effectively communicate complex technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related work experience. Hands-on experience with manual attack and penetration testing. Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar. Familiarity with the latest exploits and security trends. At least two relevant certifications, such as OSCP, OSWP, GPEN, or equivalent. Ideally, you'll also have A relevant bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 2+ years in penetration testing. Contributions to the security community through research, publications, or open-source projects. An understanding of web application vulnerabilities based on the OWASP Top 10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A collaborative working style in a team-oriented environment. The base salary range for this position is $72,500 to $140,900, with variations based on location and experience.
