Qualifications Required

At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience implementing and administering CRM applications such as Salesforce. 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience and Integration experience Application-related experience in maintaining and designing SharePoint Server sites and workspaces. Experience with Asana's API and integrations and scaling it across the organization Understanding of Asana governance and security Experience with integration and security of Workday HCM, Finance, and IT modules Expertise and continued learning in AI technology applications, data analytics, and automation. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and genial demeanor, and the ability to work with people with different backgrounds and experiences. Willing to travel as needed Information Technology Strategy

As part of the system infrastructure and application selection process, assesses foundational strategic business rules and transaction requirements; aligns requirements with information technology planning, research, and implementation solutions Investigates future technology solutions and aligns with strategic business current systems architecture and planning requirements Identify and prioritize technology investments for maximum business value Establish IT governance frameworks and architectural standards Lead change management for enterprise-wide IT initiatives Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring IT effectiveness Monitor industry trends to maintain competitive technology advantage Oversee IT portfolio management and project prioritization Develop IT policies that balance security, efficiency, and user experience Present IT strategy and updates to executive leadership and board Develop succession plans and career paths for key IT roles Infrastructure and Systems Leadership

Designs and tests system architecture, infrastructure, applications, and ongoing support model Ensures robust security measures are in place to protect data and systems integrity through regular security audits and developing necessary protocols Lead performance management, coaching, and skill development for direct reports. Manage resource allocation across multiple IT initiatives Mediate conflicts and resolve escalated technical issues Directs and coordinates standards, policies, and procedures related to Blue Meridian's technology infrastructure Manage vendor and consultant relationships Balance tactical operations with strategic initiatives Build relationships with business stakeholders at all levels Develops annual technology budget, and determines the planned purchase of equipment, software, and services, monitors expenditures against budget Technology Innovation

Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential applications within the organization, creating a roadmap for adoption that balances innovation with practical implementation. Create innovation labs and sandbox environments for testing new solutions Partner with stakeholders to leverage AI solutions for business objectives Present innovation roadmap to executive stakeholders Create innovation metrics and KPIs to measure success Organizational Impact
