The Team - Strategy & Transformation Become part of a talented group of professionals with extensive experience in business and finance transformation. We guide our clients through significant transactions (M&A, carve-outs, IPOs), implementation of new systems, and challenging organizational changes. We assist organizations in crafting business strategies and executing transformation initiatives in operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, and transactions. Your Impact Focus on our Financial Services vertical, delivering solutions to clients in brokerage, insurance, and finance sectors. Provide high-quality solutions that enable clients to achieve tangible results through major transformations. Support large-scale programs and multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution. Contribute to current state assessments and assist in developing actionable improvement roadmaps. Collaborate with senior team members to implement strategic initiatives and oversee transformation projects. Assist clients engaged in major transactions (M&A, carve-outs, IPO), financial process enhancement, system implementation, and financial technology initiatives. Participate in client workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and deliver presentations. Leverage industry knowledge to solve intricate challenges and deliver concrete outcomes. Your Experience Minimum Qualifications BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Accounting, including client-facing roles in professional services or relevant industry experience. Familiarity with the brokerage, insurance, and financial services industry. Proven experience in supporting significant transformations. Knowledge of: PMO support and program coordination. Finance Transformation (Close and Consolidation, FP&A, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Treasury Management). Business Transformation (process optimization, automation, benchmarking). Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time. Must be able to work on-site with clients in Chicago regularly. Preferred Qualifications Master of Business Administration (or equivalent experience). Experience with acquisition integration projects.
