About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to lead our next growth phase. In this crucial role, you will:
Oversee and optimize the paid media budget across multiple channels.
Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing in-house marketing team.
Establish and advance data-driven decision-making systems.
Drive effective customer acquisition strategies and enhance customer lifetime value.
Execute meticulously planned product launches with excellence.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of scaling direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands, particularly within the automotive parts and accessories industry. A comprehensive understanding of ecommerce unit economics, mastery in paid social and search marketing, along with robust leadership experience, is essential.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of marketing leadership experience focused on scaling DTC ecommerce brands.
A growth-oriented mindset and disciplined product launch methodology.
Strong expertise in optimizing marketing effectiveness.
A proven history in retention marketing.
Financial acumen with experience managing P&L.
Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is advantageous.
A background in creating and refining high-volume creative testing systems is beneficial.
